Kitchen doors and drawer front are removed, they are brought to our factory for spraying both sides.
Meanwhile the fixed items are carefully masked up (we do not spray inside the carcasses).
We then clean and prepare the area. removing any marks to ensure a perfect base for spraying.
Once masked, our technicians spray the fixed items with multiple coats, to create a smooth, long lasting finish.
The removed items follow the same procedure just in factory to achieve the true factory standard finish.
Once dry we remove the masking / protection and the doors / drawer fronts are brought back for refitting.
